My services in particular are as follows: 

• legal advising on choosing the proper/suitable company form; 
• drafting and countersigning the necessary documents for the formation of the company, and providing legal representation before the company registry court during the registration proceedings;
• providing legal assistance during the operation of the company, drafting and legal reviewing the bylaws, regulations and minutes necessary for the operations of the company;
• drafting the legal documents in connection with amendment registration proceedings and providing legal representation before the company registry court during such proceedings;
• providing legal assistance regarding issuance and termination of shares;
• providing legal services related to transformation and restructure (merger and division) the company;
• providing legal services in connection with the proceedings of dissolving the company, thus in a winding-up proceedings, liquidation proceedings and bankruptcy proceedings; 
• providing legal representation in corporate disputes; 
• drafting legal opinions in connection with corporate and company law issues.
