I received my degree in law at Eötvös Loránd University Faculty of Law. After graduating until passing the BAR exams, I was working at different law offices, during which I gained comprehensive experience primarily in the field of civil law, in particular in real estate law, company law, damages, furthermore in civil litigations and non-contentious procedures.
After successfully passing the BAR exams, I have started working as a sole practitioner and a member of Budapest Bar Association.
During my professional carrier I have provided full-scale legal service for numerous domestic companies in almost all areas of civil law, especially in the field of real estate law, company law, labour law and in civil litigation.
During the past years, I advised on several significant and high value M&A transactions, which were closed successfully. I have gained a huge experience in various and numerous litigation cases
Besides the above-mentioned, I have an extensive knowledge regarding the legal issues related to the management and utilization of national assets.
I use my comprehensive experience and know-how which I have gained throughout the years when I provide legal services to my Clients.
